CAC launched its sixth batch of company strike-offs since 2023, giving 100,000 dormant companies 90 days from July 15 to file outstanding annual returns and update beneficial ownership records or face removal from the register under Section 692(3) and (4) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020.
